Workers’ Compensation: Can the State System Survive?

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania celebrates its workers’ compensation centennial in 2015. Part of the bar and agency recognition of this milestone was a program presented on June 1, 2015: the Centennial Celebration of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act.
