Megan Oliva is an associate attorney with Bichler & Longo, PLLC and represents first responders around the State of Florida in pursuit of claims relating to heart disease, hypertension, cancer, PTSD, and other mental/nervous injuries. Megan also handles appeals exclusively for injured workers. Megan is often retained in highly contentious, high-stakes litigation and appeals requiring zealous, creative, and fearless advocacy.
Megan is a double Gator, having earned bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Telecommunications along with her Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Florida. While pursuing her undergraduate degrees, she competed for, and later went on to coach the University of Florida’s Undergraduate Trial Team. As a first-year law student, Megan was awarded “Best Brief” in the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s prestigious Final Four Moot Court Competition. She was later elected as an Executive Board member of the Moot Court Team. Megan also served as an Executive Board member of the John Marshall Bar Association. Megan has specialized in the practice of workers’ compensation law since she graduated law school in 2018.
Megan resides in Orlando and enjoys spending time playing volleyball, cheering on her Florida Gators, and spending time with her family. .
